About Us

The Birch River Group is a diverse group of people that believe in our community, supporting local business and making a name for ourselves by being involved, both physically and financially, in Kalamazoo and the surrounding areas. We actively take part in community service while working at our day to day jobs. We feel if we support our community, they will support us. We form long term relationships that take years to establish by setting an example and proving to our customers that we are not like the rest.

We are not part of a corporate empire that fires segments of people when the going gets tough. We are not run by big wigs that drive really expensive cars and are always located on a golf course somewhere in the world. We don't take political positions where it is inappropriate. We have no agenda that benefits only ourselves. We believe that when you provide for your community and your employees, they will support you. While this may not exactly be all about whom we are, it definitely speaks about who we aren't.... and we're proud of that!
